NETBRE ANIMALS - Shelter Loznica

Shelter Loznica is owned by the Municipal Management.
There are about 200 dogs in the shelter. There are no
employees, it is not registered, no electricity, the dogs are
lying on top of each other on concrete. The roof is leaking;
dog catchers are feeding them upon insisting from Animal
Protection Association. They are not cleaning, so the dogs
are lying in their feces. They die in the greatest torture of
all, from hunger, they eat each other (cannibalism) and then
their number drops to 70. After that, new ones are dragged
in, and surplus goes to hunting areas where the hunters kill
them. The shelter is located at disposal site after which
begins hunting area.
Carcasses and dogs remains are dropped to dumpsters of
death located next to the shelter. Continuous painful
howling of scared to death dogs can be heard from the
shelter, so it is fair to call if SHELTER OF DEATH.

This is a death in shelter in Loznica (Serbia). Here they die in the greatest
tortures of all. I am Rada Živanovic and the President of the Animal Protection
Association in Loznica.Since all forms of cooperation with "gentlemen " in charge of
welfare of these dos, our Association decided to make a radical step and continue
its activities: treatment, cleaning and nutrition. We also collect food, purchase reed,
purchase medicines and other essentials. But we are having enormous problems,
because they prevent us from entering. More precisely, we are on alarm
when dog catchers will come, so we can barge in after them, and try to do at least
something during 15 or 20 minutes they are in. We hardly entered dog houses that
we made, because General Manager of the communal service doesn't allow us, and
now it is completely forbidden to do so. Madam who wanted to donate 20 dog
houses was rushed out accompanied with "get the hell out". We don't know how
long we can hold on, because we are on the edges of capacities.
